How does shipping work for rentals?
Hosts choose their own delivery: local meetup, courier (Uber or DoorDash in major cities), or USPS/UPS shipping nationwide. Renters cover shipping costs at checkout.
What if something gets damaged?
We hold a damage deposit (25–50% of item value) in escrow via Stripe. If the host files a verified claim within 24 hours of return, the deposit covers it. Otherwise the deposit releases to the renter automatically 48 hours after return.
What does it cost to list?
Free to list — there are no upfront fees or subscriptions. We take 20% commission only on completed bookings. First 50 launch hosts get year-one commission waived.
What cities are you starting in?
We're launching in 24 metros across the US, prioritizing where the waitlist is densest. Items that ship nationwide are available from day one regardless of city.
